¶ Mega Air Tube Kinking Solution
¶ 1 Problem Description
During transportation, the air tube may develop severe kinking as shown in the diagram below. This deformation restricts airflow, potentially causing yellowing during engraving operations and reduced cutting performance.
¶ 2 Solution Method
¶ Revised Air Tube Routing Path
New Routing Configuration:
Route the air tube through the bottom hole of the cable carrier nozzle → Guide along the base of the cable carrier bracket → Connect to Z-axis adapter.
