(DMH has poor engraving/cutting effect, LB also has poor engraving/cutting effect, the lines are crooked due to jitter during the engraving process, the lines are not closed during the engraving process, and the lines are too thick exceeding 1mm during the engraving process)
1.When you are carving or cutting, if there are uneven depths or thicknesses in the lines, please check if there is any deviation in the light path, which may cause inconsistent power output in different areas of the canvas. If there is any deviation, please re-adjust the light path.
2. When you are carving the square shape, if the four corners are not closed properly, please check if there is any deviation in the light path. If there is a deviation, please adjust the light path again.
3. If the four corners still fail to close properly after your optical path adjustment, please check whether the X-axis has become misaligned due to collision or transportation. You can manually adjust the left and right sides of the X-axis to align it properly.
4. If you notice that the lines you are carving exhibit regular wavy fluctuations, please adjust your acceleration and carving speed. You can find the parameter configuration - acceleration and deceleration settings in the Mega user operation manual (input $120 = 3000, $121 = 3000, $122 = 500 in Lightburn to set the optimal parameters for the machine - this sets the acceleration and deceleration). For more details, refer to the MEGA user operation manual regarding the configuration of acceleration and speed parameters:
5. If the engraved lines show irregular twists and turns, please check whether the tension of the XY-axis belts is insufficient, and whether the focusing lens of the laser head is loose.
6. When you are engraving lines, if the lines are thicker than 1mm, please adjust the focusing distance again. Keep a 5mm gap between the laser head and the engraving material.
