¶ Mage water is added without circulation
Some users, when using Mega for the first time and adding cooling water, encountered a situation where the water pump failed to circulate the liquid when starting up.
！！！Do not start the engraving project when the coolant cannot circulate, as it may cause damage to the laser tube！！！
The vibration of the water pump indicates its working state.
Check that the water pipe is not bent or blocked
There may be cavities before and after the water pump, which prevents the liquid from flowing into the pump and thus fails to complete the water circulation
¶ Confirm that the water pump is operating normally.
Touch the water pump and feel the vibration. There is no leakage or bending of the water pipe. An empty cavity can be observed both before and after the pump.
¶ Pressurize the water pipe
Repeat the squeezing of the water pipes at these two positions. When the blockage of the cavity is not severe, this can push the water into the pump, enabling the pump to operate normally.
¶ Use the inflation nozzle to provide pressure
When the cavity is severely blocked, a greater air pressure needs to be applied.Close the water tank cap, open the hose at this position, and use the inflation nozzle to provide pressure inward
It was observed that the liquid was surging towards the laser tube
Reset the hose quickly
Don't forget that when the cooling water starts to circulate, the water level will drop and water needs to be added again to two-thirds of the tank.
