¶ 1、Z-axis reset failed
If the Z-axis fails to return to zero after descending. Please check if it is the air nozzle adapter that is blocking the bottom cover of the laser head.
¶ 2. The Z-axis lowering distance is insufficient, preventing proper focusing.
¶ Disassembly of laser head housing
1) Remove the screws on the top cover and take off the top cover
2) Remove the screws on the side of the cover and slide it upwards to remove it.
¶ Add screw washers
Remove the screws of the distance measurement sensor and add two washers to the screws.
