Before the renovation, make sure that the power supply of the equipment has been disconnected.
1、After receiving the air flow upgrade accessories, let's understand "the correct directions for the intake and exhaust of the pressure regulating filter valve, electromagnetic valve, and one-way valve".
2. Unscrew and remove the side covers and the rear cover screws on both sides of the machine.
3. Remove the three-way adapter from the equipment.
4. Use the adapter in the accessory kit to connect the gas tube of the gas cylinder to the gas tube of the laser head.
5. Cut the middle part of the laser head trachea here, and add the adapter assembly as shown in the following picture.
6. Then connect the accessories of the air compressor according to the following pictures.
(The length of the middle air tube can be cut as needed by yourself. The following pictures only show how to connect, and do not include reference suggestions for the length of the air tube.)
7. Connect the electromagnetic valve interface to the motherboard and replace the original air pump interface. The interface position is as follows.
8、Please provide a complete wiring diagram for reference on how to connect.
（When you connect an air compressor externally, you need to reserve space for the air pipeline. As a result, you will not be able to properly close and lock either the rear cover or the side cover.）
If you need to lock the side cover and the rear cover, perhaps you could try drilling holes on the casing to install the air tube.
9、Pressure regulating filter valve usage in accordance with air pressure specifications
1) The recommended air pressure range is 0.5 to 0.6, and it is not recommended to exceed 0.6.
2) After removing the pressure regulating switch, you can rotate it left and right to adjust the air pressure. If you press down on the pressure regulating switch, the air pressure will be locked and cannot be adjusted.
3) After using for a period of time, the filter valve will accumulate water due to the air quality. When you notice water being discharged, it indicates that the accumulation has occurred.
